Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Hua Fa Technology products. We are committed to providing high-quality lighting products. Before making a purchase, please read the following terms carefully:

• No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues: Due to the special nature of lighting products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect specifications chosen, or unsuitable size, unless the product itself has functional defects or damage. Please confirm the model and specifications you need before placing an order.

• General Product Quality Issues: If the product you received is damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will assist you in arranging a replacement for the same item.

2. Product Warranty and Special Terms

For specific brands and product categories, we offer enhanced after-sales guarantees:

• Major Brand Luminaires (One-Year Warranty): All luminaires purchased from designated major brands, such as Philips, Megaman, OMNI, Panasonic, etc., come with a one-year original factory or store warranty. If a fault occurs under normal use, you can apply for repair or replacement with the receipt.

• Light Switches (One-Month Exchange Period): For light switch products, if there are quality issues (e.g., poor contact, button malfunction), we offer an exchange period of up to one month (30 days), allowing you sufficient time to arrange for installation by a technician.

• Important Reminder: Please retain the complete original factory packaging box. Please note that any form of exchange will not be accepted if the complete original packaging box and accessories cannot be provided.

3. Repair or Exchange Application Process

In case of quality issues or to exercise your warranty rights, please follow these steps:

1. Retain Receipt and Packaging: Please ensure you retain the complete purchase receipt (or order number) and the product's original packaging box.

2. Contact Us: Call 21948418 to contact our customer service team and explain the issue. If necessary, you can WhatsApp photos or videos.

3. Arrangement for Handling: After confirmation of eligibility for warranty or exchange, please bring the product along with its packaging to our company store for inspection, repair, or replacement.

4. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty or return/exchange policy:

• Exceeding the stipulated claim period or warranty period.

• Failure to retain the purchase receipt.

• Inability to provide the product's original packaging box (especially for light switch products).

• Damage to the product caused by human negligence, improper use (e.g., incorrect voltage), self-disassembly, modification, or incorrect installation.

Shipping & Pick Up Information

1. Store Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order at our Sham Shui Po store, which is convenient and saves on shipping costs.

• Pickup Location: G/F, 192 Apliu Street, Sham Shui Po (inside Star Light Electrical & Lighting) - 1-minute walk from the MTR station.

• Pickup Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Important Note: Once your order is ready, we will notify you by phone or WhatsApp to pick it up.

2. Local Delivery

We offer island-wide delivery service in Hong Kong, primarily using SF Express.

• Delivery Method: SF Express Pay on Delivery.

• Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees will be calculated by SF Express based on the volume and weight of the goods, and paid directly to the courier by the recipient upon delivery.

• Shipping Time: In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

3. Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on purchases of $3000 or more.
